Shipping and Returns
nupkeet1946.it ships worldwide using “express” services from SDA, DHL and UPS couriers.
All orders are shipped from Camac srl's headquarters at Via Zavaglia 461, Pievesestina (FC), Italy, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders received on Friday afternoons, Saturdays, and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item.

In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the order date. During sales or promotions, shipping may take longer.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items within 14 days of receiving them for a size exchange, store credit, or refund.
How to request a return
- Please email info@nupkeet1946.it within 14 days.
- Please specify in the email: Order number, items to be returned, and the type of compensation chosen.
- Wait for written confirmation with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) .
- Ship the goods following the instructions received.
Return Shipping Costs
- Italy, San Marino, Vatican: ALWAYS FREE.
- European countries (EU): €20 charged to the customer.
- Non-EU countries (USA, Switzerland, etc.): €30 charged to the customer.
- Rest of the World: €40 charged to the customer.
Return Conditions
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered.
- Each item must have all original labels, packaging, and accessories.
- Accessory boxes (e.g. shoes or belts) must not be damaged or used as external packaging.
Refund Types
- Size/Color Exchange: Possible only for the same item, if available.
- Store Credit: Valid for 3 months, can be used in a single transaction on an order of equal or greater value.
- Refund: Processed within approximately 10 days of receiving the return. Any return shipping costs and customs duties (for non-EU countries) will be deducted.
